The latest project of 109 Real Estate 2012 Co., Ltd., called Ascent, aims to create a new image for the company. The second-generation executives are focusing on redesigning the clubhouse, fitness center, and gateway entrance to match the new house style. The public areas for residents are designed to feel mature and luxurious, using natural materials such as stone and wood. The connection between the clubhouse and fitness center, with trees and walls, helps create privacy for the swimming pool located in the center of the two buildings. Additionally, this area serves as an activity area during festivals all year round. The large steps of the clubhouse can be used as a stage or grandstand for village meetings. The lawn to the south of the fitness center is another large activity area that residents can utilize.
